Pairing 5 of our single vineyard, low intervention wines with different types of chocolate, we’ll investigate why some pairings work better than others, and how the chemistry of flavour helps the wine and chocolate interact to provide the most amazing, and often unexpected, matches.

Hunter Valley Gardens is celebrating the Chinese New Year. Walk through a display of traditional lanterns and ribbons decorated throughout the Oriental Garden. Plus, marvel at the three life-sized displays depicting legendary traditional mythical tales.

SADDLER’S CREEK WINES
Put yourself in our shoes for a day and discover the journey of the grape, from the Saddler’s Creek Vineyard to the glass. You will get the unique chance to pick grapes and head to the winery as we share the behind the scenes winemaking process followed by a hearty Brunch with the harvesters – making you a part of our 2020 vintage crew.
Saturday 8th February 2020
Come and experience grape harvesting with our family. Meet the winemaker and visit behind the scene to see what happens to the grapes after its picked and crushed. After a hard day picking grapes, enjoy a traditional Sicilian lunch and a glass of wine. You will also receive a bottle of Montebello Estate’s wine of your choice to take home and enjoy
VALENTINE’S DAY DINNER
Friday 14th February
Enjoy sweeping pool views and a mouthwatering menu as you dine at the AGFG Chef Hat award winning Redsalt Restaurant this Valentine’s Day. Treat yourself and your loved one to a delicious five course degustation, or opt for the wine pairings, featuring delectable wines from one of the oldest wineries in the Hunter Valley Region, Audrey Wilkinson.

Handmade in the Hunter Markets offers an experience where you will discover the variety and quality of goods grown, made and crafted by Hunter Valley artisans. We hold our markets in the picturesque gardens of award-winning Kevin Sobels Wines in Pokolbin. The markets allow the authenticity of handmade produce and wares, and the talent of Hunter Valley artisans to shine.

The RED HOT SUMMER TOUR returns to the Roche Estate in 2020. Celebrating 10 years of Red Hot Rock in 2020. In an incredible coup for music-fans, ARIA Hall of Fame inductees Hunters & Collectors are reuniting to headline the 2020 tour, bringing with them special guests James Reyne, The Living End, The Angels, Baby Animals, Killing Heidi and Boom Crash Opera.

The Norwegian trio, who dominated pop charts worldwide during the ’80s, are celebrating the 35th anniversary of their hugely influential debut album Hunting High And Low and will be performing the classic album in full as well as other favourites from across their career.
