Hunter Valley Conference and Event Centre

With room for over 1,600 delegates and a variety of customisation options, the Hunter Valley Conference and Events Centre offers maximum versatility for all of your events.

Exhibition Centre

  • 750 pax.

With space for 750 attendees, the Exhibition Centre offers an easily configurable space perfect for seminars, conferences, exhibitions and much more.

Semillon Ballroom

  • 600 pax.

This large, pillar-less space is ideal for large conferences, meetings, weddings and other unique functions for up to 560 seated guests.

The Vintage

  • 150 pax.

A charming event space that offers spectacular views of the Haven Pool. The Vintage can be divided into three smaller function rooms, providing hosts with extra versatility.

Verdelho Room

  • 90 pax.

A contemporary venue ideal for small to medium-sized meetings and conferences in the Hunter Valley. Perfect for cocktail parties, sit down dinners, boardroom meetings and more.

Chardonnay Room

  • 50 pax.

A well-appointed function space designed for intimate business gatherings. Inspire and be inspired in a venue that comes with stunning views and ample natural light.

Shiraz Room

  • 25 pax.

The Shiraz offers guests 34 square meters of modern function space ideal for smaller meetings and presentations. Comes with views of the golf course and lots of natural light.

Cellar Rooms

  • 75 pax.

Cellar Rooms 1 and 2 are the perfect venue for private business events and intimate meetings. Located near the Lovedale Cafe and Bar, they perfectly compliment larger events held in the Conference and Events centre.
