For travel between 11 October and 1 December 2021, it is a requirement that we only welcome fully vaccinated guests to the resort. This means all members of your party 16 years and over will need to ensure they can provide proof of their fully vaccinated status to our staff by providing one of the following:
- COVID-19 Digital Certificate
- Immunisation History statement
- Print out or photo of government-issued vaccination certificate
- Medical Exemption Form – if claiming medical exemption
- COVID-19 vaccination certificate through the Service NSW app (when it becomes available)

Credit Card authorisation
- As the registered guest, you hereby agree to be liable for all charges incurred on all accounts which you maintain with the hotel and authorise the hotel to charge your credit card if you choose not to check out.
- You agree for the hotel to pre-authorise your credit card for a charge of $100 to cover incidentals
- The hotel is a 100% non-smoking hotel and you acknowledge there will be a $200 fee for smoking in room.
- The hotel reserves the right to charge additional fees for any necessary cleaning resulting from damages caused by guests
- Please note: while onsite it is important you utilise the in-room safe and ensure that sliding doors are locked prior to vacating the room
