Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley is proud to announce it has launched a new Pre-Arrival Check-In service for guests.  The Pre-Arrival Check-In service will save you time by allowing you to check in for your stay up to 3 days prior to your arrival.

“Pre-Arrival check-in is very common in the airline industry and we are proud to bring this initiative to our guests at the resort to save them time and provide the convenience of a reduced contact check-in process,” said Gareth Long, Area General Manager of Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley.

Guests can avoid the check-in queues and use the power of their smartphone to start their stay at Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley. All that is needed is an IHG Booking confirmation number and guests can complete the check-in through an easy 3 step process.

Then when they arrive at the hotel, they simply come to the lobby, show their ID and collect their room key.

The Pre-Arrival Check-In Service can be accessed by scanning the QR code below or through the Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley App which is available to download from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
