We’re excited to welcome you back to Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley after the extended NSW lockdown. Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley will be re-opening To keep you safe, your hotel experience might seem a little different as we have adjusted to Government guidelines and public health advice. For your safety and that of our team and the general public, please follow the travel guidelines and do not travel if you or any member of your party are unable to comply with the requirements to stay or visit a hospitality venue in NSW.
Do I need to be vaccinated?
Current NSW government public health orders do not mandate vaccinations; however, current advice suggests that once the NSW pandemic lockdown ends, only double-vaccinated guests may be able to attend hospitality venues. This may also apply to all staff of hospitality venues. Please consider this before making your reservation, as we will always follow Government advice and any public health orders.
Upon arrival at the hotel, all guests will be required to pass through a vehicle checkpoint where our staff will verify the vaccination status of all person(s) 16 years and over in the vehicle. All eligible people will be required to be double-vaccinated in order to enter the property. We strongly advise that you let people in your travel party know of the requirement to produce sufficient evidence of their vaccination status. If any person is unable to provide sufficient evidence, your vehicle will be turned away.
For information on how to obtain your vaccination status, please refer to the Services Australia website.
All guests should complete the Service NSW contact tracing check-in and you will be asked for proof of check-in by our team. We also kindly request that only one registered guest from your party approach our front desk when checking in to the hotel. Masks are mandatory within all indoor areas of the hotel (except when seated to consume food and drink) and we kindly ask that you adhere to the social distancing limits across all areas of the hotel.
We temporarily require guests to handle their own luggage, and where possible please utilise our Express check out service.
